BOARD: Anyse Smith

Anyse Smith is a Staff Attorney at Starting Over Inc., where she leverages her personal experience of being unhoused and formerly incarcerated to passionately advocate for reentry services. Previously, she managed Housing and Homelessness programs at the Coachella Valley Rescue Mission and Coachella Valley Association of Governments. A graduate of the California Desert Trial Academy, she now teaches Legal Writing and Brief Writing as a professor. Her work reflects a deep commitment to helping others rebuild their lives.
