Tiffany is a proud Coachella Valley native with deep roots in the community she has always called home. She holds a bachelor's degree in Education with a minor in Early Childhood Education and has dedicated more than 20 years to serving children as a paraeducator, intervention specialist, guest teacher, and applied behavior assistant specializing in special education.
Supporting children has always been Tiffany's passion. As a teen mom, she overcame significant challenges to earn her degree and build a successful career in education and advocacy. Those experiences inspire her work as a professional mentor, where she is committed to being the consistent, caring adult she wished she had growing up. A devoted mother, Tiffany's children remain her greatest motivation and continually inspire the compassion, resilience, and dedication she brings to every child and family she serves.
Outside of work, Tiffany enjoys creating memories with family and friends. She loves discovering great food, cooking, camping, fishing, and relaxing on beach trips. She describes herself as empathetic, compassionate, and principled, and you'll often find her cheering on her favorite teams, the Los Angeles Dodgers and the Dallas Cowboys.
