Desert Fast Pitch 2025

We’re excited to share that we have been selected as one of fourteen nonprofits to present at this year’s Desert Fast Pitch, hosted by the RAP Foundation and NPO Centric.

If she makes it to the final round, our Executive Director, Karrie Schaaf, will take the stage to share how long-term, professional mentoring changes the lives of children and families across the Coachella Valley.

When you purchase your ticket, be sure to select Friends of the Children – Coachella Valley from the drop-down menu. At the event, you’ll have the chance to cast your vote for the Audience Favorite Award—a prize that could make a big difference for kids in our community.
