Celebrating Community at the About Families Fall Festival
We were honored to take part in About Families, Inc.’s 18th Annual Fall Festival at SilverRock Park, a beloved event that brings dozens of families together each year. With more than 75 vendors, activities for all ages, and a full lineup of community partners, the festival serves as an important reminder of how powerful it is when local organizations come together to support families.
All three of our mentors spent the day exploring the festival with their program youth, who enjoyed everything from face painting and hoola hooping to the mini petting zoo and pony rides. Events like this help create meaningful experiences for our youth and their families, strengthening relationships while also connecting them to resources that support health, learning, and wellbeing.
